On 27-29 September 2005 one of the best universities in Tashkent – Tashkent University of Information Technologies has celebrated its 50th (1955-2005) anniversary. During the celebration there was held conference “Role and significance of information technologies and telecommunications in development of modern society”. For participants of the conference were organized coffee-breaks in the university, also dinners and suppers in “Koinot” restaurant on the height of 120 metres.
